Jen and Tim's Handfasting in Tucson, AZ. April 2001.

A Brief History of Tim and Jen, and Celebrating Times of Change.

We had first met in the summer of 1997 in Arizona. Our wedding in April of 2001 was a Renaissance themed wedding that we planned and organized ourselves. Ours was a traditional Irish/Celtic ceremony with a Handfasting. It was held outdoors near the Saguaro National Monument at a Bed and Breakfast named Rancho Quieto just west of Tucson. It was a beautiful event that our family and friends will remember forever.
This experience planted the seeds for what was to come. Through time, we had helped our family and close friends create their own ceremonies. We had relocated to Denver, Colorado in March of 2003, after which we studied to become Life-Cycle Celebrants® and begun a new venture together in 2010 named Celebrating Times of Change.
Now we are a married couple initiating couples into the joys of married life and helping other couples and individuals cross over the threshold of change, and we love our work as celebrants.
